About Viva Colombia Coffee Company

I am Philip Lawrence, and I am the Founder and Owner of VIVA Colombia coffee company. I have worked in the wholesale and retail as well as logistics arena for over thirty years so, I bring a vast knowledge base to the company which spans all facets of the business! I am just a regular guy who has worked hard and believes that honesty and integrity first and foremost is the path to happiness and success.

As such, it is my commitment to each of our customers that I will always ensure that our products are only the Very Best Available, whether from Colombia or Africa and any country in-between. VIVA Colombia Coffee Company LLC was founded to fill what I felt was a Void in the Single Origin Coffee space. I wanted to develop and design a company whose total and complete focus was on Single Origin Coffee which we feel to be the best offerings on the market. I remember my first conversations with people already in the coffee space who would always say ‘I guess you could try doing just single origin but, we are not sure it can be done’. 

This to me was a Clear ‘challenge’ to PROVE that my vision was in fact totally viable and very possible. THAT moment was the inception and birthplace of our idea and because we visit Colombia several times each year as well as have a home there, (although we provide single origin offerings from over 15 countries depending on the season), the name for our company; VIVA Colombia Coffee Company LLC was a no brainer for us. As far as the evolution of our company, we feel that to tell you is one thing BUT, to ‘SHOW YOU’ is worth a thousand words.
