VIVA BOLIVIA ORGANIC PEABERRY ESPECIAL

The Carnivora region of Bolivia is the source of this unusual peaberry. The beans are farmed organically and are Fair Trade. It came from small-holding farmers at a fair or financially viable price. The cup profile is incredible. It is roasted to a medium level of doneness. Bolivia Organic Peaberry Especial Coffee is a Carnavari variety grown on very high volcanic mountain altitudes. It is known for its classic and clean flavor, with delicate, bright acidity and sweet, aromatic quality that includes fruity notes such as apple, pear, tangerine, lemon, and apricot.
