This Brazilian coffee from the Minas Gerais region tastes great and serves as a reserved sanctuary for birds and other animals. The top priorities will always be sustainability, environmental conservation, and community service. It is a Medium Roast that is well-known for its intense sweetness in the form of caramel and chocolate notes, low acidity, and pleasant clean taste. Viva Brazil Especial coffee is generally pure, with a good body (creamy mouths feel), well-balanced flavor, and often exhibiting a nutty and even slightly caramelly flavor when light-roasted, possibly even malty, but chocolatier if given a darker roast.  ALL COFFEE IS SOLD IN ONE POUND PACKAGES ONLY.
