Viva Brazil Peaberry Delux comes from Daterra Estates, which only grows the best coffees. Daterra farms' coffee is fully traceable, single origin, and Rainforest Alliance certified. These are coffees with ratings of 86-89. This is a great coffee to drink at any time of day, but especially with dessert. Bourbon (bur-bone) refers to the specific coffee plant variety derived from these coffee beans. Brazil Peaberry Delux is a prized and classic Arabica coffee that has been sun-dried. These small peaberry beans are aromatic and flavorful with fruit, molasses, and caramel.
