Although Colombian Estate Especial Coffee is organically and shade-grown, it has the ideal ratio of a smooth, light body to medium-sweet acidity. It is the ideal cup of coffee to enjoy at any time of the day because it has a powerful scent. This coffee has relatively low acidity and is very smooth. The cup is quite conventional, with a hint of nutty chocolate. Clean and with a medium body; at the darker roasting degrees, it becomes slightly heavier.  ALL COFFEE IS SOLD IN ONE POUND PACKAGES ONLY.
