VIVA HAWAIIAN MAUI WOW

This Single Estate Coffee is grown on the Hawaiian island of Maui. The cherry is called "Yellow" because it ripens yellow rather than the more commonly recognized red color. It is grown on a former sugar cane plantation that is thoroughly irrigated by streams that flow directly out of native Hawaiian rainforests. Water is immaculate, and farming practices are most sustainable. This coffee roast is medium. Cupping notes include low acidity, sweetness, and mildness.  ALL COFFEE IS SOLD IN ONE POUND PACKAGES ONLY.
