With that being said, we do understand that on rare occasions our
customers may have an issue with an order.
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at customer
service : vivacoffee@vivacolombiancoffee.com upon receipt of your order with the reason for the return
request. We will make every effort to
resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns and or exchanges will not be
provided / offered on product which has been opened.
Because coffee is a perishable product,
please do not return any product until directed to do so by our company.
When refunds are warranted and approved by
our company, we will process such to the original method of payment within 5
calendar days.
