According to legend, in the mid-nineteenth century, central valley residents relocated to the southwestern region known today as Los Santos. The saint-themed canton names in this region are where the name of the region comes from. This area is a haven for ethereal birds and trees, shielded by the Pacific basin range. Because of the high elevations and temperatures, this bean reveals a blend of full-bodied flavor and a very vibrant finish. Since this coffee is grown in this valley, it has a smooth, bright cup with a well-balanced flavor and a subtle chocolate flavor.
