Sumatra Medium roast provides a nearly syrupy richness, and a buttery chocolate finish distinguishes this superbly strong, straight, and acidic coffee. This coffee has low acidity, an unusual flavor that stays on the palate, an earthy richness, and a robust and syrupy aftertaste.
