A light, airy vanilla custard with rich flavors and a top layer of caramelized sugar that has a nutty flavor make up the flavor of crème Brulee. The caramelized sugar adds structure, and the custard has a flavor of rich cream tempered with the vanilla bean's fragrant and floral undertones. This allnatural coffee flavor gently caresses the dessert's traditional vanilla and caramelized sugar flavors.
